With Del Fuego Artist Management, he specializes in scouting for young talents to be trained and launched into a professional career as actors and in the management of international stars. Since 2016 he has also managed writers, collaborating with publishing companies such as Mondadori Editore, Mondadori Electa, Piemme and Apparel Books. Since 2019 he has also dedicated himself to contemporary artists. In 2020 and 2021 his management has been awarded with the LuxLife Excellence Awards as "Best Talent Management Agency" of the year and in 2022 as "Talent Management Firm of the Year" with the Innovative and Excellence Award
